We are able to ship to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands for the same rate as UK shipping options. We offer Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery options, however we cannot offer Special Delivery Options.

Please be aware that there may be customs clearance delays, which are out of our control. We are unable to reimburse the shipping costs for delayed parcels due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

You can return your order for a full refund (excluding postage charge) within 14-working days of receiving your order.

Place your products back in their original packaging along with the completed Returns Slip and click the link HERE to generate a Returns Label with Royal Mail. Please attach the returns label and take it to your local Post Office. If you use our return label, a flat rate of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund, as a handling charge per order.

Please ensure that you print out and fill in the Returns Form, so that we can trace where the returns have come from. We no longer include the returns form with orders in a bid to go paperless. We are not liable if your parcel goes missing. Please ensure you keep a hold of your receipt for tracking purposes, to check on the status of your parcel.

At this current moment, we do not offer exchanges. However, this policy could change in the future, so please keep an eye out on our Returns Policy. Should you wish to have a particular item in a different size or colour, please place the order again.

Yes, you can return your parcel using another courier if you wish.

Please ensure that all return packages include the Returns Slip and are sent with a trackable, insured service if you choose not to use our returns label. We are not liable for any items that are damaged or lost in the return transit.

Please note that the cost of using another courier service will not be reimbursed.

In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, such as there being visible damage to the products or packaging, please refuse the delivery and ask that it be returned back to us. Once we have received this parcel, we will inspect the damage and ensure that a replacement order is sent back to you right away, provided the item(s) are still in stock.

You may also e-mail us on sales@luxevolition.com with your order number to let us know that we’re expecting a parcel back from our courier, so we can fast-track the process.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Any orders that are placed and dispatched cannot be amended or cancelled. If the order has not been processed and dispatched yet, please contact our customer service with your order number as soon as possible at sales@luxevolition.com and we can resolve the issue quickly. We politely ask that you always ensure that your order details are correct when you place your order to avoid any delay to shipping your order.

We understand that you may have changed your mind about purchasing something from us.

However, orders that have been dispatched cannot be amended or cancelled. If the order has not been processed and dispatched yet, please contact our customer service with your order number as soon as possible at sales@luxevolition.com and we can resolve the issue quickly. We politely ask that you always ensure that your order details are correct when you place your order to avoid any delay in shipping your order.

For orders that have been dispatched, we recommend that you refuse the delivery and the items will be returned to us, where we can refund your order. If services, such as Special Delivery have been applied to the delivery, a Standard Delivery charge will apply.

You have the right to cancel within 14-working days of placing your order, if you change your mind. We can offer a refund and we ask that you return the item(s) unused and with the tags still attached. Please ensure that you use a trackable and insured service, as we are not liable for parcels, which are damaged or lost in transit.

If items are returned to us outside of this timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Payment methods

We currently accept all major credit and debit card payments through our payment gateways.

You can also use a guest account or sign in when using PayPal to pay for your order. This ensures the safest way to pay for your order and know that your purchase is protected by PayPal.

You can pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay, if you would also prefer a quicker checkout.

We also offer options to pay later with Klarna and Clearpay.

PROMO CODES & GIFTCARDS

You can enter your promo code or gift voucher at the checkout page. If you have any problems applying your code, please e-mail sales@luxevolition.com and our team will be able to assist with your problem.
