Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
ISLE OF MAN & CHANNEL ISLANDS
We are able to ship to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands for the same rate as the UK shipping options. We offer Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery options, however we cannot offer Special Delivery Options. Please be aware that there may be customs clearance delays, which are out of our control. We are unable to reimburse the shipping costs for delayed parcels due to customs.
For orders in Jersey, it will now take two days for delivery from the date that the parcel is dispatched from the Royal Mail hub, as Royal Mail are now delivering via ferry, rather than postal flight.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are difficult for us to deliver to logistically at this moment in time. This cancelled order will be refunded fully if it has been paid for. All orders delivered by our courier services can be delivered up to 10pm.
Orders that are placed after the timescales above for services, such as UK Next Working Day Delivery cannot be refunded if the order is not placed in time.
Equally, our UK Next Working Day Delivery service aims to deliver within 1-2 working days and once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. Working days include Monday to Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday's. Refunds for Next Day Delivery are not applicable on orders placed on Friday's, as delivery cannot be guaranteed for Saturday or Sunday. If delivery is not made within the 1-2 working day timescale, please contact us on our contact form.

On the day of delivery, if you are available when delivery is attempted, it will be left in a safe place or with your neighbour.
Undelivered items that have been held by the courier for a defined amount of time and haven’t been collected will be returned to us as the sender. The item(s) will be automatically placed back in stock and you will be refunded to your original method of payment. You will be notified via e-mail when the refund has been processed.
Luxe Volition reserves the right to merge orders and dispatch multiple orders in one order, if the orders are within the same dispatch period and the same address.
