Please note that we only currently dispatch orders within the UK.
We are working on getting international shipping set up as fast as possible, so please follow us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to hear it first, when we launch worldwide shipping on our website!
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are difficult for us to deliver to logistically at this moment in time. This cancelled order will be refunded fully if it has been paid for. All orders delivered by our courier services can be delivered up to 10pm.
Orders that are placed after the timescales above for services, such as UK Next Working Day Delivery cannot be refunded if the order is not placed in time.
Equally, our UK Next Working Day Delivery service aims to deliver within 1-2 working days and once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. Working days include Monday to Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday's. Refunds for Next Day Delivery are not applicable on orders placed on Friday's, as delivery cannot be guaranteed for Saturday or Sunday. If delivery is not made within the 1-2 working day timescale, please contact us on sales@luxevolition.com.

On the day of delivery, if you are available when delivery is attempted, it will be left in a safe place or with your neighbour.
Undelivered items that have been held by the courier for a defined amount of time and haven’t been collected will be returned to us as the sender. The item(s) will be automatically placed back in stock and you will be refunded to your original method of payment. You will be notified via e-mail when the refund has been processed.
