In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: .
- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. - Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. Section 21 – E-Gift Cards
You can purchase E-Gift Cards via our Online Store at www.luxevolition.com. These gift cards are only available to UK Customers.
E-Gift cards can be purchased and activated for a minimum denomination of £10 and a maximum value of £100.
When your payment has cleared for your purchase of your E-Gift Card, your gift card will be delivered to the email address you nominate for delivery when completing your purchase. The email address you nominate for delivery at the checkout should be your own email address, or the recipient that you have nominated to receive the E-Gift Card. Your E-Gift Card will not be delivered until the payment has been made for the full purchase amount of the denomination chosen for the E-Gift Card.
Luxe Volition does not accept any responsibility for any losses resulting from any E-Gift Cards being delivered to an incorrect e-mail address due to errors made by the purchaser at the checkout. We therefore ask that you take extra care in checking your details when entering your information at the checkout.
The E-Gift Card can only be used to make purchases on www.luxevolition.com.
Your E-Gift Card is valid for 12-months from the day of activation, when the E-Gift Card is delivered to the recipient. The E-Gift Card cannot be redeemed once it has been used or expired.
If the recipient who has been nominated to receive and use the E-Gift Card has purchased items with an E-Gift Card, you are still entitled to refund the items according to our Returns Policy. Refunds will then be added to the remaining balance on the E-Gift Card for any purchase amount originally taken from the E-Gift Card, or refunded to other methods of payment used alongside the E-Gift Card.
Luxe Volition are not responsible if an E-Gift Card is corrupted, deleted or used without permission from the purchaser. We reserve the right to refuse E-Gift Cards, which we deem to have been duplicated or affected by fraudulent activity.
We also cannot be held responsible if an E-Gift Card is not delivered to a recipient due to factors, which we cannot control, such as spam filters, firewalls, capacity of mailbox, etc.
The purchaser of the E-Gift Card has the right to cancel an E-Gift Card within 14-working days of it being received by the recipient e-mail address, providing it has not be used. Please write a formal written notice of your intention to cancel by contacting our Customer Service desk at email@example.com. We will refund the amount of your E-Gift Card to the original payment method used to purchase the E-Gift Card within 30-working days of our Customer Service desk receiving your formal written notice of cancellation.
E-Gift Cards and the balance on the E-Gift Card cannot be returned or refunded in whole or in part, except in accordance to your legal statutory rights. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for any value by you or anyone else, other than for purchasing items on www.luxevolition.com.
We reserve the right to cancel your E-Gift Card purchase and refund any monies owed to you, if we discover any pricing or errors associated with your order prior to dispatch. We endeavour to contact you at our earliest opportunity, should these circumstances arise, to give you the opportunity to place a new order for an E-Gift Card. Your refund will be processed to your method of payment within 14-working days.
We also reserve the rights to terminate your purchase for your E-Gift Card if we believe that you have breached any of our Terms & Conditions, or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. If we terminate your order, we will refund any money owed to you within 14-working days, unless there are any costs incurred to us as a consequence of your breach of our Terms & Conditions.

Section 22 – International Shipping
The United Kingdom has left the European Union, as a result of Brexit. This means that trading rules have now changed between the United Kingdom and Europe.
For our European customers, please be aware that you may be liable to pay tax and customs on your order, as a result of the post-Brexit transition. We ask that you please contact your local customs offices to seek advice if you are worried about any costs incurred to you. Unfortunately, we cannot advise any further regarding this, as every country has unique and varying tax and customs rates. There may also be additional delays with customs clearance in Europe, due to Brexit, which are out of our control.
We cannot refund any customs and taxes incurred once the parcel has been received. By confirming our terms & conditions at the checkout, you will be agreeing that you have read that any customs and taxes are liable to be paid by the customer, once the parcel has reached the destination country.
For any other international deliveries orders outside of the UK, please note that you will be liable to cover the cost of ingoing customs or taxes incurred when we ship to your destination. You can check this with your local customs office for more information.
Please do not refuse the delivery. Unfortunately, any refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the cost of the return. Any refund made to your account will be minus the total delivery cost and the return cost of the parcel, if the parcel is refused.
Any parcels which are undelivered and therefore returned to us will have have a refund issued, minus the total delivery cost. If you wish for us to re-deliver the item, you must place an order again through our website.
We are always transparent with our customers when it comes to issues like customs and taxes. But, unfortunately due to Brexit, we have no control over the additional costs that may be incurred for shipping outside of the United Kingdom. Please factor these costs when ordering from our website, as the higher the basket value, the higher the customs and taxes incurred. These additional costs are out of our control and are down to the rules of your local customs office.
We always fill out of customs forms as accurately as possible, but human error can occur. If you believe you have been overcharged, please contact your local customs office for advice.
We always try our best to deliver your parcels to you on time at Luxe Volition. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are caused by customs clearance at the destination country.
Delivery time begins from the moment your order is dispatched from our premises. Your order will be processed within a 24-48 hour period between Monday to Friday. We always endeavour to get your order shipped out as soon as possible, but as we are a small team, we may take slightly longer during sale periods, public holidays and Bank Holidays.
